HOW TO ORDER:
We welcome Email, telephone, fax, and mail orders; but with the quantity of orders we recieve, we prefer Email orders. For security reasons, do not Email us credit card information. We do not have an online ordering yet.
When placing an order or requesting a quote, please include your method of payment, your prefered method of shipping, and your full mailing address.
All items should be verified for acurate prices, availability, and shipping charges before payment is sent.

We require a 50% deposit for all items that are ordered and are not in stock. The balance plus shipping is due when the item is ready for shipment.
We require prepayment in full for all items that are in stock.
To reserve an item already on order from our manufacturer, we recommend send a 50% deposit, and pay the remainder once we are ready to ship. Or prepay the full amount and once the item arrives, we can ship the item immediately.
|We accept Visa, Mastercard, Canadian or USA Money Orders, Certified Cheques, and Western Union Transfers.
Athough credit cards are more convienent, money orders are more economical.
For security reasons, please do not Email us credit card information. Telephone or fax are the safest way to provide this information. Please include the credit card number, the expiry date, the CVV number, (on the back of the card), full name on the card, and a daytime telephone number you can be reached.
We accept US and International credit cards, however we convert the amount to Canadian funds. The credit card companies then use their own exchange rate on top of that, which will result in a slightly higher cost to the customer. Please inform us if paying by credit card and we will provide a quote in Canadian dollars.
Please make all certified checks or money orders payable to "Loyalist Arms and Repairs Ltd".
Personal checks that are not certified could be held 10 days for Canadian and 30 days for US residents.
Please inquire regarding information about sending a transfer payment through Western Union. Note: Western Union usually takes an extra 5-7% on the US exchange rate, so please expect to pay the extra cost.
We currently do not have a catalog available, but we hope to be able to provide one at some point, as time permits. Most of the items we have available are listed here on our website.
We do have price lists available upon request for most of our products. Please send $2.00 CDN or $ 4.00 US to cover postage. (Mailing address as noted above).
